3. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be completed via our website, over the phone, or directly at our Winsford office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The remaining balance, along with a security deposit, is usually payable upon vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT as applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, ensuring secure transactions through trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of vehicle collection, it is your responsibility to conduct a thorough inspection and report any pre-existing damage without delay. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed to document the vehicle’s state. Please return the vehicle in the same condition as it was collected, factoring in standard wear and tear. Insurance and Liability Terms

You are liable for any damage or loss up to the excess amount unless you choose additional coverage. Damage resulting from negligence or misuse is your responsibility, irrespective of insurance.
Cancellation Policies and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For specific information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows could incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited vehicle uses:
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other risky behavior is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is against our policy. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should not be used for purposes it was not intended for, including exceeding passenger or weight limits. Additionally, driving outside the designated geographical area without prior approval is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to immediate rental termination and fees.
Liability Limitations

Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for your rental in the past 12 months.
